Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Strong N Beautiful. Please read them carefully — section 3 in particular explains what this platform is, and what it is not.

1. About the platform

Strong N Beautiful is a digital wellness platform for women navigating menopause, operated by Strong N Beautiful, registered in India at 159 CST Rd, Santa Cruz East, Mumbai 400 098, India. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform.

2.2 The platform is intended for individuals resident in India.

3. Important health and wellness disclaimer

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

3.1 Strong N Beautiful is a WELLNESS platform. It is not a medical device, a hospital, a clinic, or a healthcare provider. It is not registered under the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010.

3.2 The Hormonal and Metabolic Assessment (HMA) is a wellness tool, not a diagnostic instrument. HMA scores are wellness indicators only. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis or a substitute for consultation with a qualified registered medical practitioner.

3.3 Wellness coaches on the platform are wellness and lifestyle professionals and only provide nutrition and lifestyle wellness guidance. They are not registered medical practitioners under the National Medical Commission Act, 2019. Sessions are wellness coaching sessions, not medical consultations. Advice given, including home remedies and lifestyle suggestions, is general wellness guidance only.

3.4 Any dietary supplements referenced on the platform are for general education purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease(s).

3.5 No registered medical practitioner is involved in the delivery of the services on this platform. The wellness coaches on this platform do not diagnose any medical conditions, prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, or interpret laboratory tests in a clinical capacity. No doctor-patient relationship is created.

3.6 For any medical needs, including laboratory testing, interpretation of results, prescription of medicines, or management of medical conditions, please consult a registered medical practitioner. Do not delay or disregard medical advice on the basis of anything on this platform.

3.7 For optimum wellness outcomes, individuals are recommended to provide, at the time of onboarding: (i) general laboratory test results; and (ii) confirmation of their perimenopause or menopause status from a registered medical practitioner, in each case, dated not more than 6 months prior to the date of registration on the Platform.

3.8 Individual results may vary. No specific health outcome under any wellness programme is guaranteed.

4. Your obligations

4.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account and completing assessments.

4.2 You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at support@strongnbeautiful.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.3 You agree not to: impersonate any person; use the platform for unlawful purposes; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract data from the platform; or upload harmful, defamatory, or illegal content.

5. Wellness packages and payments

5.1 Wellness packages are purchased on the terms set out at the time of purchase, including the number of sessions, duration, and price.

5.2 Payments are processed by Razorpay. Strong N Beautiful does not store your card details.

5.3 Refunds: All wellness package purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are not available as a matter of standard policy. If you believe your circumstances are exceptional, you may email support@strongnbeautiful.com to request a review. All requests are considered at Strong N Beautiful’s sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Strong N Beautiful is not obligated to grant a refund unless expressly required to do so under applicable Indian law. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

6. Intellectual property

6.1 All platform content, including the HMA framework, scoring methodology, articles, videos, branding, and software is owned by or licensed to Strong N Beautiful.

6.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without Strong N Beautiful’s written permission.

6.3 Your personal health data belongs to you. Strong N Beautiful holds it in trust on your behalf and makes no intellectual property claim over your health data.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1 Strong N Beautiful’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant wellness package in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.2 Strong N Beautiful is not liable for any health outcome arising from wellness coaching or HMA scores, for indirect or consequential losses, or for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure.

7.3 Nothing in these Terms limits Strong N Beautiful’s liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Termination

8.1 Strong N Beautiful may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or if required to do so by law.

8.2 You may delete your account at any time from your profile section. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the removal of all your personal data.

9. Governing law

9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

9.2 Disputes shall first be referred to mediation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at Mumbai, in English.

9.3 Subject to Clause 9.2, the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

Material changes to these Terms will be notified by in-app notification and email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Cookie Policy

The following forms part of the terms you agree to. It explains the cookies and similar technologies Strong N Beautiful uses, and which of them you control.

1. What are cookies

Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and device identifiers) are small files placed on your device when you access the Strong N Beautiful platform. They help the platform function correctly, remember your preferences, and with your consent, help us understand how the platform is used.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary (no consent required). These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They cannot be turned off. They include: session authentication cookies that keep you logged in, security tokens that protect against cross-site request forgery, and load balancing cookies that ensure reliable performance. These cookies do not collect personal health data.

Functional (no consent required). These cookies remember your preferences to improve your experience, such as your preferred language setting and whether you have completed the onboarding flow. They do not identify you and do not store health data.

Analytics (requires consent). If you consent to usage analytics, analytics cookies and tracking technologies will be set to collect anonymised data about how you navigate the platform, which features you use, and where you encounter difficulties. This helps us improve the platform. The analytics provider is PostHog. Health assessment scores, health bands, and assessment responses are never collected through analytics cookies.

Marketing (requires consent). If you consent to marketing communications, marketing pixels and identifiers may be set to help us understand which communications led you to the platform and to avoid showing you repeated messages. Marketing cookies do not track your health data.

3. Third-party cookies

The platform uses Google Meet for session calls. Google may set its own cookies in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not control Google’s cookie practices. You can review Google’s cookie policy at policies.google.com.

4. Managing cookies

You can manage analytics and marketing cookies through your device or browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the platform from functioning correctly. To stop all data processing and remove your account entirely, you may delete your account from your profile section.

5. Retention

Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser or app session. Persistent cookies are retained for the periods set out below.

• Authentication session cookie: expires after 30 days of inactivity
• Analytics cookies: expire after 12 months
• Marketing pixels: expire after 90 days

6. Changes

We will update this Cookie Policy if we introduce new cookies or change how existing ones work. Material changes will be notified to you in the same way as changes to the Privacy Policy.
